The staff at S Design Hotel were incredibly helpful and quick to respond when I slipped on the stairs and injured myself. They administered first-aid on the spot, showing great care and professionalism. The room was comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The hotel's location near the bus station was convenient for our travels. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay. I had a great experience at S Design Hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at this place! The location on a different alley was perfect for me as it was close to the bus station and a car & motorbike rental place. The room was comfortable and well-furnished, with amenities like ironing facilities and air conditioning. The staff here were exceptional, especially Faii who was not only a friendly face at reception but also a concierge with great local knowledge. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in public areas and the 24-hour reception and security.

I would recommend this venue to everyone.

The hotel was kept spotlessly clean during my stay, and the view from my room was lovely. The breakfast offered a nice variety of dishes to choose from, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel was convenient and close to a bus station and a convenience store.

The road leading up to the hotel was quite dusty and could be difficult to navigate. it was challenging to communicate with some of the staff as their English skills were limited.

The wifi connection was excellent, especially since I requested a room near a router. I also appreciated the fair pricing based on the floor level, with the higher floors offering more affordable rooms. One staff member in particular, Faii, stood out for her exceptional service and friendly demeanor. the hotel provided great value for money and I was comfortable throughout my stay.
